With a background in the United States Air Force, I bring a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to billing and financial management, combining precision, integrity, and the ability to perform under pressure. I am dedicated to streamlining billing processes, resolving discrepancies efficiently, and delivering exceptional service through accurate financial operations and clear communication.

Nina Dollente, M.S.,

CEO & Clinical Director

Nina has worked in the field of ABA since 2015, supporting children and families across home, clinic, school, and community settings. She co-founded Beacon Behavior Consultants in 2022 with a passion for providing compassionate, relationship-centered care throughout the Inland Empire.

Diamond Williams, M.S., BCBA

BCBA Quality Assurance Manager

Diamond began her ABA career in 2017 and is passionate about helping children and families through individualized, evidence-based support. She values building meaningful connections and creating positive growth for the families she serves.

Gabriela Gonzales, M.S.

Early Start Coordinator & ABA Clinical Supervisor

Gabriela Gonzales began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2015 as a Behavior Interventionist for a local ABA company, where she quickly developed a passion for the field. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University in 2019 and joined the team in 2022 as the company’s first Clinical Supervisor, where she remains dedicated to improving the lives of clients and their families.

Roxana Escalante, M.S.

ABA Clinical Supervisor

Roxana Peralta Escalante is a Clinical Supervisor, wife, and mother of two whose Christian faith guides her to lead with integrity, patience, and respect for every individual. With experience in law enforcement, special education, and over 10 years in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), she is deeply committed to supporting clients, empowering teams, and viewing her work as a meaningful calling driven by purpose and progress.

Clinical Supervisor & Parent Trainer

Annette has over 15 years of experience supporting children and families and has worked in ABA since 2016. She is passionate about parent collaboration, advocacy, and helping families feel informed and supported throughout their journey.
